Hi, - Find msg - shows the emails in the queue- Unfreeze - unfreezes the delivery of the messages in queue- Freeze - Freezes the delivery of the messages in queue- Force connection - force the delivery of the messages in the queue It's important to know the name of the queue with problems, Br. - you should freeze a queue if you want the server to stop retrieve to send mails in the queue (lets say you are troubleshooting the reason why the messages are not delivered). - you should force connection when the problem of queuing was temporary and you want to force the delivery. You can find more details in here: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-Server-2003-Mailflow-Part-2.html br. Sorin
